TERMS OF SALES
ARTICLE 1
PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros and taxes included.
The Mimicartes shop reserves the right to change prices at any time
but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of order.
Prices are per unit.
The customization fee is included in the price of the template of the card you want to customize.
Shipping costs are in addition to the price of the card.
ARTICLE 2
ORDER VALIDATION
MIMICARTES strives to maintain access to its websites 24 hours a day, however, its responsibility can not be engaged in case of service interruption, especially for reasons of maintenance or technical problem.
The customer declares to be aware of the technical limits related to internet technologies, particularly regarding the consultation of information, the payment of the order and the risks related to this technology.
Any cancellation of order can only occur after the acceptance of the Mimicartes shop and will be confirmed in writing in the form of an email.

TREATMENT OF THE ORDER

The manufacturing time is 3 to 5 working days.

EU: by post 4 to 5 working days, tariff 3,10TCG
Switzerland: by post 4 to 5 working days, price € 3.10 incl.
Outside the EU: Overseas and Switzerland, the post office from 5 to 12 days 5.90 incl VAT
These times of transport are given for information only and without guarantee, these are the average deadlines found with the post office.

AVAILABILITY
The Mimicartes shop reserves the right to offer greeting cards for sale within the limits of available stocks.

GUARANTEE SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
If despite the attention paid to the order, it does not give satisfaction to the customer due to a problem exclusively attributable to the store Mimicartes, the customer has a period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, to assert his claim.
After this period, the order will be considered as definitively accepted by the customer.
A claim deemed justified by the Mimicartes shop will result in either the free return of the defective order or its refund within 15 days.
